Warm-up
Kick things off with fast brain-body drills to fire up your focus, activate your movement and get you circuit-ready.
Brain-Body Training fuses full-body workouts with cognitive challenges.
The body
For the body, we built disciplines, programmes, equipment. We track reps, progress, recovery.
The brain
Focus, memory, reasoning speed and flexible thinking are either neglected or met with passive fixes that do little to build lasting capacity.
And as artificial intelligence and other digital tools take on more of the mental load for us, the brain is being exercised less than ever.
No wonder the signs start to show: brain fog, mental fatigue, slower reactions and confidence beginning to slip.
To counter this, we developed
Brain-Body Training
The first discipline that brings your brain into the workout.
How it works
You'll sweat. You'll think. And you'll do both at the same time.
Kick things off with fast brain-body drills to fire up your focus, activate your movement and get you circuit-ready.
Rotate through a series of stations. Each combines familiar full-body exercises with cognitive challenges that put your focus, memory and reasoning under load.
Finish with guided mindful stretching. You reset and leave composed.
See exactly how you performed. Reaction times, accuracy, levels reached, where you pushed and where you cracked. The data follows you across sessions.
Train three core areas of mental performance.
Directing and sustaining attention, filtering distractions and staying mentally engaged as demands change.
The workout responds to performance in real time. When you handle the task well, complexity and time pressure rise. When performance dips, the load eases.
You work close to your current edge.
To keep your own brain challenged in a world mediated by AI and digital tools.
To train the mental control, speed and adaptability that matter when pressure rises.
To stay sharp and strong over time, both physically and mentally.
Every challenge has a clear objective. You know when you nailed it, where you fell short and when there's another level to reach.
New combinations of challenges and movements keep the experience moving. The format feels familiar, but the session never becomes routine.
There's little room for autopilot. You have to stay present, respond to what's happening and keep performing right through the challenge.
In their words
“It keeps your mind engaged while you move. You're not just exercising, you're thinking.”
“It keeps the connection between body and mind alive. And it's something better than doomscrolling.”
“You can feel your focus sharpen as the session goes on. And you can see your progress, session after session.”
“Most jobs require you to hold a lot in your head at once. This is the first thing I've found that feels like practice for that.”
“I leave less tense and more composed. And sharper, for hours afterwards.”
“It reminds me of Formula One drivers practising cognitive drills. It's for people who want to stay quick.”
Cogniflux turns established research in cognitive neuroscience and experimental neuropsychology into a non-clinical training experience built for the gym floor.
We draw on work in executive functions, cognitive training and combined physical and cognitive challenge.

Yes. Cogniflux Lab is for generally healthy adults, including active older adults who want a coached, adjustable challenge for body and brain.
No. It is suitable for anyone able to engage in moderate physical activity.
Physical effort is moderate and adjustable. You should expect to move, think, and respond under time pressure. Challenging, not overwhelming.
If by “smarter” you mean sharper focus, stronger memory, faster processing and better decision-making: those are exactly what we train to improve. Session after session, we track your progress across three indexes: Focus Control, Memory Strength and Thinking Agility. You train them. They improve. You see it.
