Participants stand together in the studio; one laughs with her hand over her mouth.

Turn interest in brain health into a new training offer.

For members who want to stay mentally sharp as well as physically fit, your club can offer a place to train both.

  • Individual challenge. Shared experience.

Members train together while cognitive difficulty adjusts to their individual performance. Your instructor helps them adjust the physical effort.

  • Variety within a familiar format

Different combinations of movements and cognitive tasks give members something new to work through within a familiar class format.

The kit. The programme. The support to deliver it.

  1. Training equipment

Flux Pods, tablets and headphones deliver the tasks and capture members' responses as they exercise.

  2. Ready-to-run programmes

Complete workouts combine physical exercises, cognitive tasks and class transitions. Programme updates keep the experience varied, fresh and engaging.

  3. Coach interface

Monitor the group and session through the coach interface while guiding members on the floor.

  4. Participant feedback

Each participant receives a Workout Summary with task results such as accuracy, response times and levels reached.

A Workout Summary screen, Where you stand: scores for reasoning agility, memory strength and focus control.
  5. Onboarding and support

Practical onboarding helps your team use the coach interface and support participant setup.

  • A setup that fits your space

We review the training area, group size, equipment layout and storage with you, along with the connectivity requirements.

Let your members try it.

  1. Start with a short call

Tell us about your club, your members and the space you have available.

  2. Agree the session

Together, we agree the date, group size and practical arrangements. We bring the training equipment and lead the introductory session; your club provides the space and invites the members.

  3. Discuss the fit

After the session, we discuss your team's and members' feedback, the setup your club would need and the options for bringing the programme onto your timetable.

Before we talk.

Do our instructors need a cognitive-training qualification?

No specialist cognitive-training qualification is required. Your fitness instructors receive practical onboarding in the system and their coaching role.

How many members can take part?

Capacity depends on the kit and the available training space. We agree a suitable group size and layout with you.

What is the investment?

We discuss the equipment, software, programme updates and support for your proposed setup, and provide a proposal for your club.
